Select and order your service. Choose your film type and scan option, then add it to your cart and complete checkout.

Prepare your film. Include your order number clearly inside your parcel. Package your film securely in a padded envelope.

Send or drop off. Post your film to us or drop it off at our London location.

Receive your scans. You will receive a Google Drive link via email to download your images.

Negatives returned. Your negatives will be safely packaged and returned using your selected delivery option (if requested).

* Negatives are uncut, unless requested.

* All scans are delivered digitally via Google Drive.

* For special requests (e.g. no cut, specific scanning style), please include a note with your order or via email.

* We don’t make any edits to your scans by default. If you’d like minimal colour/tone correction, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Standard service: 2-3 business days

Fast service: 1-2 business day (when available)

Turnaround times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we aim to keep all orders within the stated timeframe. Working days are Monday to Friday.
